Please consider this as a gentle reminder for the students' seminar to be conducted by IIChE-Bhubaneswar.

Sub: Students’ Seminar and Paper Competition for UG and PG students.

Dear All,

We are glad to inform you that IIChE-Bhubaneswar Regional Centre in association with CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar is conducting a Students’ Seminar, entitled “Challenging Applications of Chemical Engineering (CAChE-2K19)” on 30th March 2019. Only Chemical Engineering students [both from B.Tech/B.E. (Final Year) and M.Tech/M.E./M.S.] who want to present their own research work are eligible to participate. There will be awards for the three best papers in two categories i.e. UG (B.Tech/B.E) and PG (M.Tech/M.E./M.S.). Participation certificates will be given to all the participants.

I, on behalf of the organizing committee, take this opportunity in inviting papers from the students of your department. You are requested to advise the students to submit their abstracts (limited to 500 words) by email to iichebbsr@gmail.com on or before 8th December 2018. The short listed students will be asked to submit their full papers on or before 20th February 2019.

Travel expenses will be borne by the participants. Limited student accommodation, on payment, can be provided by request on priority basis. Kindly see the attached circular for details.

International workshop on Synthetic Biology at IBAB

We are organizing an international workshop on Synthetic Biology from Jan 21-Feb 2 (as attached). For this, we seek young scientists (final years BE/BTech/early MTech students), preferably from engineering/medical background, as participants. This is an extensive hands-on workshop and all expenses will be covered.
